The assignment for the project proposal reviews has been emailed to all students in the class. Please notify the staff immediately if you didn't receive the email. Also, remember to maintain your anonymity when submitting your reviews. If you are working in a team, you may submit a single review rather than a review from each team member.

Two sample proposals, gracious shared by AngelaYen/NathanHaseley and Matt Edwards, have now been posted online:

They should not be followed to the letter, obviously, but they give you an idea of the type of information we're looking for.

Please submit your proposals on Stellar as if it were a homework. There is now a "Project Proposal" assignment in the Homework section. Remember, they are due at 8PM tonight.

Manolis and members of his group will be holding a session to give feedback about potential projects. Students with questions are strongly encouraged to attend. Please remember that a strong project proposal will make the rest of the project significantly easier, so put the work in now.

Just a reminder that I will be available in 32G-882 at 9am-10:30am tomorrow morning to give feedback for projects.
Please come with specific ideas in mind if you want to run them by me.
Some members of the compbio group may join us.
