6.835  Intelligent Multimodal User Interfaces

Updated instructions for the virtual design studios next week have been uploaded to Stellar. Videos are due by 11:59pm on Monday, March 30th

The EECS department has decided to provide Fedex labels to us so you can ship equipment back to MIT free of charge. That means if you need a kinect or leap for a final project, let us know so we can email you the label. If you will not be using it, please check it back in so we don't come looking for you at the end of the semester!

 

Please, please, please be careful with this equipment as you travel and use it at home, and please take care when packing it up to ship back. It is literally irreplaceable as they do not make these models anymore and we want to keep using it in future years.

We have posted a pdf in the materials explaining how 6.835 will function going forward given COVID-19. Please read the document carefully as it includes new class procedures, a couple date changes, and information about the upcoming design studio. We will also be discussing this further in class tomorrow.

If you've completed MP3 and will not be using the Leap controller for your final project, please return it (i.e., check it back in).

If possible, please do this some time this week.

If you are working in a group, please only have 1 of your group members submit the project proposal (group member names should be included in the proposal).

This makes it logisitically easier for us to keep track of the groups and provide feedback
